T800 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, accessing, or using any part of the t800 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all related policies, including Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guide.

Use of this platform is restricted to individuals aged 18 and above. If you do not meet this age requirement, you are not permitted to use the t800 platform in any capacity.

T800 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure continued compliance with the latest version.

2. Account Creation & Security

Each user is only permitted to register and hold one (1) active account at t800. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without a refund of any remaining balance.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information. t800 reserves the right to request identity verification documents for compliance and account verification purposes at any time.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. t800 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, please notify the t800 support team immediately at [email protected].

3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules

Users agree to use the t800 platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Using automated software, bots, or any technical means to manipulate game outcomes or the betting system
• Transferring funds between accounts for fraudulent purposes or money laundering
• Colluding with other users to exploit platform promotions or offers
• Spreading false or misleading information about t800 to other users
• Accessing another user's account without authorised permission

T800 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these rules and to take appropriate action, including account suspension or closure and legal proceedings where necessary.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Transactions

All transactions on t800 are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform accepts designated payment methods including online bank transfers, e-wallets, and other methods listed in the platform's deposit section.

The minimum deposit is RM 10. Withdrawals are subject to the rollover requirements set for any bonus or promotion that has been claimed. Withdrawals that do not meet the rollover requirements will not be processed.

Withdrawal processing times range from 15 minutes to 24 hours, depending on the selected payment method and identity verification status. t800 is not liable for any delays caused by third parties or financial institutions.

T800 reserves the right to freeze or withhold any transaction suspected of involving fraud or illegal activity while an investigation is ongoing. Funds found to be involved in confirmed fraudulent activity may be confiscated without refund.

5. Account Policy, Liability Limits & Intellectual Property

Account Suspension & Closure

T800 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice under the following circumstances: breach of these Terms & Conditions, confirmed fraudulent activity, promotion abuse, requests from law enforcement agencies, or account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months. Account balances in accounts closed due to violations may be confiscated without refund.

Liability Limits

T800 shall not be liable for any indirect losses, loss of income, or data loss arising from the use of this platform. t800's maximum liability under any circumstances is limited to the total deposits made by the user within the 30 days preceding the claim.

Intellectual Property

All content on the t800 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive property of t800 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from t800.

Third-Party Links

The t800 platform may contain links to third-party websites for informational purposes only. t800 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party sites. Access to any third-party website is entirely at the user's own risk.

6. Changes to Terms & Applicable Law

T800 reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to registered users via email or in-platform notifications. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the relevant jurisdiction. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the t800 platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiations between both parties.
